I’m Alexandra – A Neurographic Art Specialist and a Certified Life Coach.
My interest in human behaviour and the mind-body correlation led me to pursue humanistic studies in Padua, Italy, where I relocated from the Far East of Russia at the age of 14. After obtaining a diploma in social work, I settled in London, where I spent nearly a decade in various professional roles supporting senior leadership teams through high-pressure start-up environments, whilst focusing on personal development and gaining a coaching qualification. Neurographic Art came into the picture a few years later - almost by chance, and initially, mostly as a recreational activity.
“I’ve always had a creative flair but struggled to find a medium that I’d be fully comfortable with, to express it. The moment I had a marker in my hand, it clicked”.
I began to draw regularly after starting my own therapy journey, utilising art as a main tool to process and cope with the emotional load. Drawing transitioned from being “recreational” to “a meaningful act of self-care” and became an integral part of my day.
“I’ve seen the artwork transforming with me. As I’ve been gaining clarity and confidence, the shapes got softer, the colours – bolder. I’ve allowed myself to be, think outside of the box, and it felt empowering”.
I then continued to master the craft by training as a Neurographic Art Specialist with the method’s originator, Pavel Piskarev.
Today, I support individuals on their path to calm, clarity, and the joy of being and living on their own terms.
